The cups that come with it are a little cheap and misshapen so I took those out - I might buy new bathing suit pads to replace them with. The bottoms are nice and cute but the cut out in the back shows by butt crack so I have to pull them up really high to avoid that but still works fine. Overall really like it. I'm 5'8'' and a muscular 150 and the M fits great. M is my normal size.
